Delivery within Germany
We dispatch your order within Germany viaDHL.
We offer free delivery within Germany for orders totalling€69.00or more.
For orders under €69.00, the delivery charges shown during the ordering process will apply.
The applicable delivery charges for your order will be displayed in your basket and before you complete your order.
Readiness for dispatch and delivery time
Thedispatch time stated on our product pages, for example ‘ready for dispatch in 1–3 working days’, refers to the period between receipt of your order or payment and the handover of the parcel to the delivery service provider.
For the purposes of our dispatch times, working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at our head office.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included when calculating the stated dispatch times.
Example:
If an order is placed on a Sunday, the processing time begins on the following Monday. If the stated ‘ready for dispatch’ timeframe is 1–3 working days, the parcel will therefore generally be handed over to the courier service by Wednesday at the latest, provided there are no public holidays in between.
The dispatch time shouldnot be confused with the transport or delivery time of the courier service.
Once the parcel has been handed over to DHL, the subsequent transport and delivery times are determined by the courier service. We have no direct influence over the actual transit time after the parcel has been handed over.
Where a specific delivery time is stated on the relevant product page, this is the time that applies to the order.
Parcel tracking
As soon as your order has been prepared for dispatch and a tracking number has been generated, you will usually receive a dispatch notification with the option to track your parcel.
Please note that the electronic transmission of shipment details to DHL does not necessarily mean that the parcel has already been physically handed over to DHL. The current transport status can be viewed via the DHL tracking service.
International Delivery
We also deliver to selected countries outside Germany.
The delivery charges applicable to the respective destination country will be displayed in your basket or during the ordering process before you submit your order.
Delivery times for international shipments may differ from those within Germany.
Deliveries to non-EU countries
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees may apply.
These additional costs are not included in the delivery charges invoiced by OsmoUnity and are to be borne by the recipient, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
The amount and collection of such charges are governed by the regulations of the respective country of destination.
Payment methods
The payment methods actually available for your order will be displayed during the ordering process.
Depending on the delivery country and the order, the following payment methods may be available in particular:
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- PayPal
- Credit card
- Klarna
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Other payment methods offered via our payment service provider, Mollie
There is no guarantee that a particular payment method will be available. The payment options shown to you during the ordering process are the ones that apply.
Prepayment
If you choose to pay in advance, you will receive the necessary payment details as part of your order.
Your order will be processed once your payment has been received. For prepayment, the stated dispatch time generally begins once the full invoice amount has been credited to our account.
Electronic payment methods
When paying via a payment service provider, the respective terms and conditions of the selected payment service provider also apply.
The timing of the payment being debited or authorised depends on the chosen payment method.
Collection
Where collection is offered for an item, the goods may be collected from us by prior arrangement.
Please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready for collection before travelling to our premises.
Important note on delivery times
Should different dispatch or delivery times apply to a specific item, these will be stated directly alongside the item in question.
For orders comprising several items with different delivery times, the delivery time for the combined consignment will generally be based on the item with the longest stated delivery time, unless partial delivery has been agreed.
