Advanced six-stage high performance filtration system

The PressureLine offers precise and powerful filtration performance to meet even the most demanding requirements:

• Three high-quality pre-filters: two sediment filters and a high-performance carbon block filter
  remove coarse impurities such as sediment, rust and chlorine,
  protect the system and increase the service life of the membranes.
• Main filtration: One high-performance low-pressure membrane each in the 400 and 600 GPD versions,
  eliminates pollutants with a precision of 0.0001 microns and a reliability of 99%, such as chemical impurities,
  drug residues, microplastics, heavy metals and organic compounds and impurities, from a water pressure of 2.75 bar.
• Post-filter: Two activated carbon filters serve as an additional safety level to eliminate any residual substances.

• Colour-coded connections enable quick and error-free installation.
• Manually adjustable waste water ratio: Optimise water consumption to up to 1:0.8 litres
  a particularly effective, resource-saving solution.
• Flexible connection: Connection is possible both to the angle valve under the sink and to the tap.

Easy care and precise control

Maintenance of the PressureLine is uncomplicated:

• Flush valve for effective cleaning of your system, to extend the service life of the membrane, and for consistently high filter performance.
  The flush valve is manual, to ensure thorough cleaning, unlike automatic flush valves, whose flushing time is too short.
• Visual inspection: Bluish transparent filter housings allow a quick check of the degree of filter clogging.
• Integrated conductivity meter: measures the water quality and acts as an indicator for filter replacement.

Flexibility for special demands and individual requirements

The filtration can be customised to the specific problems of your source water.

• Pre-filter: Depending on the quality of your source water, the use of special pre-filters is recommended.
  Iron reduction filter: if the iron content in the water is too high, this protects the membrane and increases the service life.
  Softening filter: for high water hardness, protects the membrane and increases the service life.
• Post-filter: Optionally, two further post-filters can be integrated behind the osmosis membrane,
  to counteract particular problems with the source water.
  These secondary filters are particularly effective at removing silicates, nitrites/nitrates and glyphosates,
  which cannot be completely removed by any osmosis membrane due to their small size and electrical charge.
