ProfiLine 220/330 GPD water filtration energy-saving, powerful and sustainable
Pure water, pure life - for enjoyment of your hobby
Six-stage filtration - ProfiLine 220GPD / Seven-stage filtration - ProfiLine 330 GPD
The ProfiLine 220GPD and 330 GPD are high-quality filter systems that filter reliably and precisely with six filter stages or seven filter stages.
- Three pre-filters: High-quality sediment filters, activated carbon filters and carbon block filters remove coarse impurities such as sediment, rust and chlorine,
protect the system and increase the service life of the membranes. - Main filtration: High-performance low-pressure membranes eliminate pollutants with a precision of 0.0001 microns and 99% reliability,
such as chemical impurities, drug residues, microplastics, heavy metals and organic compounds and impurities,
from a water pressure of 3.4 bar. - ProfiLine 220GPD: two 110 GPD low-pressure membranes
- ProfiLine 330GPD: three 110 GPD low-pressure membranes
- Post-filter: A highly adsorbent activated carbon filter serves as an additional safety stage to eliminate any residual substances.
Simple commissioning and safe operation
ProfiLine osmosis systems can be installed and operated without prior knowledge:
- Colour-coded connections: enable quick and error-free installation.
- Manual control: Optimise water consumption down to 1:0.8 litres - a particularly effective, resource-saving solution.
- Flexible connection: can be connected to both the angle valve under the sink and the tap.
Easy maintenance and precise control
Maintenance of the systems is uncomplicated:
- Flush valve for effective cleaning of your system, to extend the service life of the membrane and for consistently high filter performance.
The flush valve can be operated manually to ensure thorough cleaning, unlike conventional automatic flush valves,
whose flushing time is too short and therefore ineffective. - Transparent housing: Enables visual inspection of the filter status.
- Conductivity meter: Measures the water quality and acts as an indicator for filter replacement.
Certified safety and maximum reliability
Your safety comes first:
- Tested standards: Certified to NSF, WRAS and DVGW W 270 for maximum drinking water compliance
- Robust housing: UV-resistant and durable - suitable for daily use
- Double O-ring seals ensure maximum tightness and safety.
Sustainability that impresses
Our systems conserve resources:
- Low waste water ratio: reduces water consumption and conserves resources.
- Longevity: We give our products a long life by using high-quality materials and the ability to replace wearing parts.
- Replacement intervals: long service life thanks to high-quality filters
- Filter change without housing replacement: Reduces waste and costs.
- Recyclable materials: up to 98 % of components can be recycled.
Flexibility for special challenges
The filtration can be customised to the specific problems of your source water.
- Pre-filter: Depending on the quality of your source water, the use of special pre-filters is recommended
Iron reduction filter: if the iron content in the water is too high, this protects the membrane and increases the service life.
Softening filter: for high water hardness, protects the membrane and increases the service life. - Post-filter: Up to four optional post-filters can be integrated behind the osmosis membrane,
to counteract particular problems with the source water.
These secondary filters are particularly effective at removing silicates, nitrites/nitrates and glyphosates,
which cannot be completely removed by any osmosis membrane due to their small size and electrical charge.
Controlling these values is crucial to minimise algae growth and at the same time
protect the health of your animals and plants in the aquarium. - We will be happy to advise you.

The 220 GPD works with 2 membranes.
Areas of application
Line pressure:
Minimum from 3.4 bar
Optimum at 5 bar
Maximum up to 6 bar
Water temperature:
Minimum from 5ºC
Optimum at 25ºC
Maximum up to 25ºC
Water hardness:
Minimum from 0 dGH
Optimum at 5 dGH
Maximum up to 29 dGH
The ultrapure water quantity of osmosis systems is basically dependent on the above three main parameters.
Low line pressure, low water temperature or high water hardness Low line pressure, low water temperature or high water hardness reduce the flow rate and thus reduce the amount of ultrapure water produced.
In our experience, the average filter performance, due to not always optimal household conditions, is:
ProfiLine 220: 25-28 litres of ultrapure water/hour Within the above areas of application, our systems provide consistently high ultrapure water quality.
Membrane capacity: 3 x 110 GPD / maximum 1254 litres/day
Ultra-pure water quality: retention rate 98.5%
Waste water ratio:
Ratio 1 : 0.8 at max. 15 dGH
Ratio 1 : 1 from 15 dGH
